1. General policy
Tickets are refundable only when the event-specific offer, the organiser, or applicable law provides a right to a refund. Purchasing the wrong ticket, being unable to attend, travel disruption, or a change of personal plans does not automatically create a refund right.
2. Cancelled events
When an event is cancelled and no replacement date is offered, the organiser will provide information about the refund procedure. Any approved refund is normally returned to the original payment method.
3. Rescheduled or materially changed events
When an event is rescheduled or materially changed, the organiser will communicate the available options and any applicable deadline for requesting a refund.
4. Service and payment fees
Whether service or payment fees are refundable depends on the circumstances, the event-specific terms, and the costs already incurred in processing the order.
5. Refund requests
A refund request must include the order number, purchaser email address, event name, and reason for the request. Requests can be submitted through the contact page.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted as soon as reasonably possible. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution.
7. Invalidated or used tickets
A ticket that has already been checked in, transferred contrary to the conditions, cancelled because of fraud, or otherwise invalidated is not eligible for a refund unless the organiser decides otherwise or applicable law requires it.
