These ticket conditions apply to tickets issued through this platform. Event-specific information shown on the event page and ticket forms part of the agreement.
2. Ticket delivery and validity
A ticket is issued after successful payment or after direct issue by the organiser. Each ticket contains a unique QR code and may be used only once. Keep the ticket and QR code private.
3. Admission
The organiser may ask for a valid ticket and, where relevant, proof of identity or age. Admission may be refused when a ticket is invalid, duplicated, cancelled, altered, obtained unlawfully, or used in breach of the event rules.
4. Event information
The ticket holder is responsible for checking the date, start time, location, entry requirements, and other event information before attending.
5. Transfer and resale
Tickets may not be resold commercially or offered through unauthorised channels unless the organiser has explicitly allowed this. The organiser may invalidate tickets associated with fraud or prohibited resale.
6. Changes and cancellation
Event schedules, programmes, artists, locations, or entry arrangements may change when reasonably necessary. Information about a material change or cancellation will be communicated through the contact details available to the organiser.
7. Conduct and safety
Visitors must follow venue rules and reasonable instructions from event staff. Unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour may lead to refusal of entry or removal from the event.
